Question: How can I order puppy kits?

Answer: If you are currently enrolled in our BREEDSmart Partners Dog Breeders Program, please click here and log in with your phone number and password. From here you will be able to place your order for puppy kits. You can also use our automated system 24 hours a day 7 days a week by calling 1-800-452-0605. If you are not a member of our BREEDSmart Partners Dog Breeders Program but would like details about the program or to enroll, please click here.


Question: What is included in your puppy kits?

Answer: Our puppy kits include a Eukanuba puppy food sample of your choice, a puppy care guide booklet, development chart, saving offers and more for the new puppy owners.


Question: What UPCs are accepted for the BREEDSmart Partners Program?

Answer: Currently the program accepts UPC codes from any Eukanuba and Iams dogs products purchased at retail. We also accept any Iams or Eukanuba canned dog products, sauces or treats.


Question: Do I have to register multiple litters of the same breed separately?

Answer: We encourage you to register each litter separately for the most accurate records.
